CANCELLATION POLICY

Jillian James Esthetics charges a 50% non refundable deposit for each service booked. All no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Jillian James Esthetics allows one reschedule per appointment with the deposit after that it will be non-transferable. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly send a text to 6186028921 as soon as possible to reschedule. There is a 3.5% charge for the use of cards.
